She supports young people and adults navigating a range of mental and physical health challenges, with a special interest in chronic pain, functional and somatic symptoms including disorders of gut–brain interaction, and other chronic health conditions.
She brings a strong understanding of the complex ways physical health, emotions, and daily life intersect. Payton uses evidence-based therapies within a relaxed, collaborative approach, believing therapy should be creative, flexible, and tailored to the person. Her work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping clients better understand their own minds and bodies.
